Welcome! My name is Chamylah General and I'm glad you're here. I am a mental health advocate and therapist. I have dedicated my life to helping individuals, families, and communities access mental health resources, build resilience, and prioritize self-care.


I believe information about mental health should be accessible, culturally responsive, and empowering. Through community outreach, speaking engagements, workshops, and advocacy initiatives, I have helped people identify the tools they need to support their personal growth.
